This Privacy Policy explains how Wayv Beats ("Wayv Beats", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit www.wayvbeats.com (the "Site"), purchase our beat packs and related products, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Order and contact details - when you check out, you provide your full name and email address. These are used to deliver your beats, send your receipt, and provide support.
• Payment information - your card number, expiry date, and security code are entered on our checkout and processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems (see "Payments" below).
• Communications - if you email us, reply to our messages, or message us on social media (for example, when you DM us on Instagram to claim a bonus), we collect the content of those messages and your contact handle.

Information we collect automatically

• Device and usage data - IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, and the links and buttons you click.
• Cookies and tracking technologies - including advertising and analytics pixels, used to run the Site, measure performance, and deliver and measure advertising (see Sections 4 and 5).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your order, charge your payment, and deliver your beats and download links.
• To send transactional messages such as order confirmations, receipts, and download/access details.
• To provide customer support and handle refund requests under our refund policy.
• To send marketing emails and, where you have provided a number and consented, SMS messages about offers, new products, and content. You can opt out at any time (see Section 4).
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our offers.
• To create and serve advertising, measure ad performance, and build similar ("lookalike") and retargeting audiences (see Section 4).

Where required by law, our legal bases for processing are: performance of our contract with you (to deliver your purchase), your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (to run, secure, and grow our business), and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Payments

Our checkout runs on Shopify and payments are processed by Shopify Payments. When you pay, your card details are transmitted directly to the payment processor under their own security and PCI-DSS standards. We receive confirmation of the transaction and limited details (such as the last four digits of your card and billing name) but not your full card number. Please review the privacy practices of Shopify and Shopify Payments.

4. Advertising, Analytics, and Marketing

We advertise online and measure the results of our campaigns. To do this we use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Meta's server-side Conversions API, which record actions you take on the Site (such as viewing a page, starting checkout, and completing a purchase) and associate them with your activity so we can measure and optimize our ads.

We may also upload limited customer information (such as a hashed email address or phone number) to Meta to create Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences. This lets us show ads to existing customers and to people similar to them. The information is hashed before it is shared and is used to match against existing accounts for advertising purposes.

Email and SMS marketing. We use a customer-relationship and messaging platform (GoHighLevel) to send order-related and marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, reply STOP to marketing texts, or email us at 1wayvbeats@gmail.com. You will still receive transactional messages needed to fulfill your order.

Your ad choices. You can control Meta ad targeting in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings, opt out of interest-based advertising via optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu, and manage cookies through your browser settings.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your session, understand how the Site is used, and support advertising and measurement. Some cookies are essential; others are used only with your consent where required. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below:

• Service providers who help us operate, including our hosting and checkout platform (Shopify), payment processor (Shopify Payments), email/SMS platform (GoHighLevel), and our advertising and analytics partners (Meta).
• Advertising partners - as described in Section 4, we share hashed identifiers with Meta for audience building and measurement. Under some privacy laws (for example, California), this type of sharing for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You may opt out as described in Section 8.
• Legal and safety - where required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of others.
• Business transfers - in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide your purchase and support, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.
